We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was gathered, or as required by applicable statutory regulations.

Inquiry and repair records are stored during the active order lifecycle and applicable warranty period, as well as for resolving potential warranty inquiries.

Once retention periods expire or legal grounds no longer apply, personal data is securely deleted or permanently anonymized.

We do not sell, rent, or unauthorizedly disclose your personal data to third parties.

7. Cookies, website analytics and security

Necessary cookies: the website uses technical cookies that remember your selected language and your cookie choice. They are required for the website to work (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Latvian Electronic Communications Law).

Website analytics (only with consent): if you agree to statistics in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.). They collect information about how the website is used: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city), the source you came from, and clicks on the phone number, WhatsApp and the request form. Clarity creates anonymised session recordings and heatmaps; data typed into forms is masked. We do not use this data to identify you. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Until you consent, Google only receives anonymous, cookieless signals via Google Consent Mode v2.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA: Google, Microsoft and Cloudflare may also process data in the USA. In that case the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission apply.

Map: the map on the website is a static image; Google Maps only opens if you click the link yourself.

The full list of cookies and retention periods is available in our cookie policy. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
